How do I pick the right bed size?

Measure your pet from nose to the base of the tail while they sleep stretched out, then add 6 to 10 inches. Pets who sleep curled up can go one size down. Our small Cloud Donut Bed fits cats and dogs up to 25 lb.

Can I wash the beds?

Yes. Covers with a zip come off and go in the washing machine on a cold, gentle cycle. Let them air dry. The care notes on each product page say which parts are washable.

Are your toys safe for heavy chewers?

Our rope and plush toys are made for play, not for chewing alone in a crate. Check toys often and take them away once they start to come apart. Not happy with how one held up? We will replace it.

What does "Shopping for" at the top of the page do?

When will my order arrive?

Most orders arrive in 3 to 5 business days. See Shipping and returns for express delivery and costs.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, if it has not shipped yet. Write to us with your order number as soon as you can.
