Shipping

We pack orders Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 1 pm Pacific leave the same day.

• Standard, 3 to 5 business days: $5.95, free on orders over $35.
• Express, 1 to 2 business days: $14.95.

We ship to the United States and Canada. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery. If your pet does not like something, send it back for a full refund, even if it has been chewed or slept on.

To start a return, write to us with your order number and we will email you a prepaid label. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of the parcel reaching us.

Damaged or wrong item

Send us a photo and your order number. We ship a replacement right away, and you do not need to send the first one back.
